… she asked me if the doctor had told me that I was being detained. I said no. She said he wouldn’t allow me to leave and I had to turn over my clothes… I remember worrying about whether or not I should keep my socks on
The psychiatrist said ‘that’s interesting’ when I told him what I studied. I wanted to ask if he would have said that no matter what I had told him. He told me ‘I think you can pull through this’ and I almost laughed.
